Weigh in #2

This first week was a total joke. I did went to the gym 3 days, which it is not that bad but it also not good enough. But when it came to my diet, well I have to admit I did not took it seriously.

I didn't had much sugar, except for granola bars, and the damn peanut butter cheesecake. But here is my explanation. I was waiting for my senior project/thesis to be approved and on Wednesday I discovered that it had been approved and I had officially graduate. Justin (my fiance), wanted to go out to celebrate. We ended up going to BlackSalt - a seafood restaurant in DC that I wanted to go for the longest time. Dinner did not look so bad, tile fish with mushrooms, sausage, and butternut squash. But I know that restaurants cook with tones of butter and olive oil, which makes everything more tasty, but also not diet friendly.
After dinner we ended up having a peanut butter cheesecake. We share though. So I did not have the (probably) 800 calories (if not more) heavenly goodness alone. 

Scalewise (Yes I just made up this word), things at least were not that bad. I did not gain any weight. So I just have to focus more next week, and hopefully blogging will help me to stay on track.
