Weigh in #3 - Super Bowl week :S

Super Bowl and diet just don't go together.

Specially when the Super Bowl is on Sunday and your weight in is the next day.
I have to admit that I totally went off the diet on Sunday. How could I resist all the guacamole, queso, chips, pizza, and pigs in a blanket? Well I did not.
Shame on me again.
The key to eat healthy and stay on track when dieting is to resist these temptations. In days like this, the best is to eat something at home, so you are not hungry and too tempted to eat all that...humm...bad food.
Well I fail on that. I got really sick this weekend, and unfortunately on sunday I just didn't fell very well, and did nothing the whole day.
Do you know that days that you just watch tv the whole day? Well that was my sunday. Aside from breakfast, I did not got up to prepare or eat anything, so I actually went to Super Bowl extremely hungry. The completely opposite of what should be done.

I have to say that I was pretty scared to step on the scale this morning. I had the felling that the hard work of the whole week was completely waisted in a single day. 

But the results of the feast was not too bad = - 1.2 lbs.

STARTING WEIGHT: 144
CURRENT WEIGHT: 142.8
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS: 1.2
