BodyRock 30 Day Challenge - 600 Rep Challenge - Day 12

OPS. I did not workout yesterday. I do not even have the excuse that I did not had time because I did. I just managed my day really day, and then when I was about to workout my fiance ask me if I wanted to have lunch with him, and that he could only do it at that time. Well We had lunch, and there was no way I could workout after that.
After I did not had time as I went out straight from work, and just came back home to go straight to bed. :)

Well, I had to workout on my rest day. 

There is no interval timer today. Since it is a rep challenge, just use a stop timer and push as hard as you can. You want to finish the workout as quick as you can.

Here is what it was supposed to do yesterday workout:

100 High Knee Skips
50 Lunge kicks (25 each leg - I could not do the 100 rep because my knees started to hurt)
100 High Knee Skips
100 Squats
100 High Knee Skips
25 Straight Abs
25 V Abs Left
25 V Abs Right
25 Bicycle Abs
200 Speed Run Skips (to account for the 50 missing lunge kicks)

My final time was 20:25.
