BodyRock 30 Day Challenge - Day 11 - ONE Day Left for the WEEKEND!

Who is ready for the weekend???    I am.
I always cheered for the weekend - like most people. Fridays is the best weekday of the week isn't it? But now I REALLY cheer for Fridays. I am loving the BodyRock challenge, but it is really intense. So having the 2 rest days on the weekend is like heaven.

I almost gave up about today's workout. My legs were really sore, so I thought about just doing just abs and be done for the day. BUT, I decided to not give. My legs is sore, but I can still workout. I just did some modifications to the workout because I knew I would definitely not be able to do squat jumps, so I add some abs to that part.

Interval timer for 12 rounds 50/10 set.

Burpee + Tuck Jump - 7/6/5
Star Single Toe Touch Abs - 10/15/16
10x High Knees + 5 Straight Abs - 2.5/3/2.5
10x Mountain Climbers x 10 Low Kicks - 3/3.5/3
