BodyRock 30 Day Challenge - Day 16

Today's workout is a little longer - between each exercise there is some high knees skips, so let adjust your interval timer to 22 rounds of 50/10.

I eliminated the last set of high knees. You can include it if you want, just remember to add another round to your timer.
Here is the workout: 

1 Push-up + Burpee with Tuck Jump - 8
*High Knees Skip - 140
Switch Lunge - 27
*High Knees Skip - 140
Press up with Spider Knee - 6
*High Knees Skip - 146
10x High Knees + 10x Mountain Climbers - 4
*High Knees Skip - 140
Side Burpee & Oblique Abs - 2 (completely failed - I could do it right)
*High Knees Skip - 140
Push-up + Side Plank Twist + Oblique Drop - 3 (Another fail - I need to practice side plank/side burpee)
*High Knees Skip - 150
V Abs Left - 20
V Abs Right - 20 (I went over the 50 sec, just to get 20 :) )
*High Knees Skip - 80
Hug Knees + Star Jack - 20
*High Knees Skip
Single Toe Touch Abs - 16
*High Knees Skip
Squat Jump - 17
*High Knees Skip
1/2 Burpee + 1 Push-up - 9

I got completely out of breath by the middle of the workout, so I stop counting my high knees scores, in fact by the 7th high knees I was switching from high knee skips to just regular skips.
 This workout was tough, maybe I should add high knee skips between exercises everyday.
