BodyRock 30 Day Challenge - Day 17.

Day 17 workout was not posted by BodyRock.tv. They said we could re-do lasts week's workout.
I used last week's workout as a base, but modified a little bit.

Here is what I did:

Burpee - 10/8
Squat Leaps - 17/13
3 Tier Push ups - 9/9
Squat and Press - 15/14
Close Push Up - 14/12
Switch Lunge’s - 22/18

It sucks that tomorrow is Friday, but not my last workout, since I messed up the schedule. I am sooooo upset. :S
