BodyRock 30 Day Challenge - Day 18.

Today's workout was not too successful. The side plank with leg lift was just too hard for me. I did the elbow modification, but I still could feel putting all my weight into my elbow. By the last rep, I just could not do the leg lift, so I just stay they in a side plank - with my core engaged I am still getting something out of the exercise.  

Here is what I did:

Tuck Jump + Taekwondo deep - 18/16/14
Push-Up & Leg in + Push-Up & Leg Out (each leg) - 3/3/3
Side Plank Leg Lifts Left Side  - 10/7/holding
Side Plank Leg Lifts Right Side - 7/10/holding
 
 Since I fail with the side plank, and just did not feel as tired as other workouts. I added 10 stand up abs, plus decided to do squat jump until I was really tired. That lasted about 18 jumps.

I am almost done putting together the sand bag tutorial, just need to add some pictures. It will try to finish up and have it up by Saturday :)
