BodyRock 30 Day Challenge - Day 23.

Sorry for the delay. I truly did not had time to post yesterdays workout. But here it is:

Push-up + Squat Jump - 8/7
Push-up + Tuck Jump - 7/7
Plank & Floor touch & Knee Tuck – Alternate Sides - 5/4 (each side)
Reverse Pull Ups (couch) - 17/15
