BodyRock 30 Day Challenge - Day 25.

Today's workout is a repetition of last week's workout. There are 12 different exercises, however between each exercise I will add a high knees skip interval. So for that i need to change the interval timer to 24 rounds of 50/12.e
Here is my modifications to the workout (and scores):
