BodyRock 30 Day Challenge - Day 4!

It is day 4 of the BodyRock 30 day Challenge and I feel awesome, with a little pain were and there, but awesome.

Same timer interval setting - 12 rounds of 50/10. Today's workout is only 4 exercises that should be repeated 4 x.

Here is the workout:

- Burpees (with Tuck Jump )
- Reverse Pull Ups (couch)
- Triple Plank Jumps
- Straight Abs

I have to say that my arms are screaming for a break. I am looking forward for Friday - last workout of the week. :)
I am hoping that next week's workouts are focused in other muscle. These push ups are killing me.
