New favorite breakfast

My new favorite breakfast is hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, and avocados. Sometimes I have a half of toasted English muffin as well.
    It is soooo easy and quick to prepare. It is tasty, colorful, and very light - perfect for summer.

   On the plate I have 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 sliced tomato, half sliced avocados and half of an English muffin toasted. Salt and pepper to taste, and breakfast is ready.
   The breakfast with English muffin is 350 calories, 290 calories without it.
