Weigh in #5

I am stuck!!!!
When I stepped in the scale today I sooo mad.
- 0.1 lb....SERIOUSLY?????
I know I stopped bodyrock, and I have taken very slow at the gym. 
I always think my energy level drop ridiculously after I stop bodyrocking. Isn't it weird? I guess it could make sense, or it might my own desire to be lazy....
HELP....I need motivation. I need to get my ass moving faster!! Any suggestion??

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS:4.2
POUNDS TO LOOSE: 20.3
GOAL WEIGHT: 120
