Zucchini Patty for luch!!!!

The other day I decided to give Beth's zucchini burger a try. It is super easy and quick to make, and it tasted pretty good.
Super low in calories too - less then 50 calories per patty.

I ended up eating 4 for lunch, with sliced tomatoes on the side. I also had it the next day on a open face sandwich, with ground stone mustard on top of it. 

I ended up making 2 recipes, but I do not recommend doing the same. Unless you have a crowd to feed, stick with one recipe, and just make a new one if you want more. I got tired of eating it, and I ended up trowing coupe patties away.
Also when heating it up, use a toaster or regular oven. Heating up on the microwave was soggy, too moist, and not good.
